Information technology and liberties
The www.grandpalais.fr Web site has been registered with the French Commission on Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL). The registration was acknowledged by CNIL on March 12 2003, by the application of Article 16 of the Law of January 6 1978 relative to information technologies, data files and liberties.

You hereby implicitly accept the right for RMNGP to automatically process and conserve for the required processing period, and communicate to third-party partners any registration, order or, more generally any electronic message communicated to RMNGP from the www.grandpalais.fr Web site.

Restrictions on use Intellectual property
The www.grandpalais.fr Web site as a whole, including the texts and illustrations published on the site, notably the graphics and photographs, are the property of or are used by RMNGP in agreement with the owners of the related copyright or trademark rights. As such, they are protected by French, EU and international legislation on intellectual property rights.

Such representation or reproduction, by any process whatsoever, is considered as an infringement and is subject to penalties under the penal provisions (articles L 335-2 to L 335-10) of the "Code of Intellectual Property".
In addition to infringements of intellectual property rights, any reproduction or unauthorised use may lead to an infringement of the rights of persons and of all other regulations applicable to communication and advertising media.
