Board of directors
The EP Rmn-GPCE (Etablissement public de la Réunion des musées nationaux et du Grand Palais des Champs-Élysées) is a ÉPIC (Établissement public industriel et commercial) under the tutelary authority of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. It is governed by a Board of Directors under the presidency of Jean-Paul Cluzel.

The Board of Directors, at the initiative of the president, meets at least twice yearly. It deliberates on strategic issues concerning the institution, notably its scientific, cultural, economic and commercial policy, and main orientations in terms of organization and operation, etc.
