The Grand Palais welcomes photo and film shoots in the Nave and throughout the building: the Great Staircase, the Fine Arts Staircase and the Balcony of Honour all make outstanding settings.

The Grand Palais has been used recently for location work on films like The Pink Panther II, TV programmes and fashion shoots for French and international magazines. When submitting a project you will be asked to supply the following documents:
-    The title of the film/photo shoot
-    The name of the director/photographer
-    The production company/agency
-    The type of media (TV, cinema, press, etc.)
-    The type of film (fiction, documentary, report, full-length feature, short… or photo shoot (advertising, internal corporate promotion, magazine feature, book, etc.)
-    The dates and times of the shoot including set assembly/dismantling
-    The total number of days during which the building will be occupied
-    Precise description of the scenes/shots
-    For films: complete screenplay
-    Number of persons present (technicians, actors, extras, models, etc.)
-    Description of the equipment used
-    Number of vehicles
-    Person to contact
