1978: FIAC
In 1978, perpetuating its tradition as a fine arts venue, the Grand Palais became the prestigious setting for the FIAC, a leading international contemporary art fair.
The event soon became a meeting point for gallery owners, collectors, and personalities from the world of contemporary art. After an absence of several years during restoration work, the FIAC returned shortly after the Nave reopened.
FIAC 2007 drew a large public to the Nave.
