In 2024, Paris and France will host the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Exactly one hundred years after they last came to the capital, they promise spectacular public celebrations. Along with the Grand Palais, Invalides and the neighbouring Eiffel Tower, the Temporary Grand Palais, christened “Arena Champ-de-Mars” during the Games, will beat to the drum of the world’s most prestigious sporting event and, throughout the summer, will offer a unique setting for Olympic and Paralympic competitions. This opportunity for Paris 2024 and the Rmn – Grand Palais to share the use of the Temporary Grand Palais is part of a genuine economic and ecological approach.
