The Grand Palais is implementing a series of measures and instructions that aim to guarantee the health and safety of its visitors.

For everyone’s safety: please practise social distancing

•    Masks must be worn by those aged 11 and over (masks not provided)

•    Keep to a distance of 1 metre from other people

•    Wash your hands regularly from the moment you arrive at the Grand Palais; hydroalcoholic gel is provided in the different areas

•    Cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a single-use tissue, avoid physical contact

•    Cloakroom unavailable; pushchairs, helmets, umbrellas allowed into the exhibition

For smooth access and limited waiting times: plan your visit online

•    Online bookings for the exhibitions in half-hour slots

•    Visitors without tickets will not be able to join the queue for time slots that are already full

For a comfortable visit: specific and regulated visiting conditions

•    Floor markings, safe distances, direction of movement

•    Visitor capacity reduced to a third

•    Safety measures in the exhibition for everyone’s safety (security staff in each room, hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance of each room, removal of material carrying potential risks, such as tablets and other touch-screen technology)

•    Umbrellas, pushchairs and helmets will be allowed in the rooms (there will not be any cloakrooms at the Pompeii exhibition)

ACCESS FOR VISITORS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Two entrances have been made available to people with reduced mobility:

•    Avenue du Général Eisenhower - Porte B - for exhibitions located in the Galeries Nationales

•    Avenue Winston-Churchill for exhibitions located in the Nave and the South-East Gallery

Please note that due to the health situation, the establishment is unable to loan wheelchairs until further notice. Parking spaces for disabled visitors are located on Avenue du Général Eisenhower, in front of Square Jean Perrin, subject to availability.
