In November, in the Nave of the Grand Palais, Paris Photo, the leading international photography fair, will host 128 galleries and 23 publishers from 23 countries. This year sees 36 new participants, including 12 French galleries. With over 50,000 visitors, Paris Photo shows the wealth and vitality of historic and contemporary photographic creation.
Each year Paris Photo offers a programme of new events and encounters for the whole range of visitors interested in photography. This year it highlights the “recent acquisitions” of some major institutions, a “private collection”, the Photobook Award, an “open book” and offers a platform for critical discussion and debate.
