Monumenta 2016 : Huang Yong Ping prend possession de la nef

Monumenta 2016 donne carte blanche à Huang Yong Ping du 8 mai au 18 juin 2016. Pour son projet "Empires", l'artiste chinois a d'ores et déjà pris possession de la nef. Face à cet espace singulier, Huang Yong Ping a commencé la construction de l'œuvre que vous pourrez découvrir dans quelques jours…

Is it possible to live more than 30 years in the Grand Palais ? It seems crazy, doesn't it ! Though it has been Betty Santacreu’s daily life from 1976 to 2010. Today, the former Grand Palais caretaker is retired but she keeps emotional memories of the years spent in this extraordinary « house » she could call HOME.
