The Grand Palais is committed to making its areas accessible and inclusive for visitors with disabilities or health conditions, whether in groups or individually. To this end, tailored accommodations and customized activities are offered to ensure everyone can discover the Grand Palais monument and its major exhibitions under the best conditions. Through specific resources, personalized support or dedicated contacts, every effort is made to ensure that each visit is an enriching and comfortable experience.
The Grand Palais offers adapted tours and specially designed tools for people with disabilities or health conditions. These tours vary according to current events and exhibitions, and are available according to proposed slots, which can be consulted on our events pages.
The Grand Palais is accessible to everyone, including people with reduced mobility, thanks to specially adapted facilities and a dedicated entrance for each event. Depending on the exhibition, audio-description and tactile support systems are available for individual visitors and groups with disabilities.
For your comfort, the Grand Palais provides a range of equipment free of charge: baby carriers, wheelchairs, seat canes or round-tipped canes, magnifying glasses and weighted blankets. A magnetic induction loop is also available for the hearing impaired. Available from the cloakroom on presentation of ID, they must be returned at the end of the visit.
The Grand Palais provides its visitors with elevators and sanitary facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility.

A two hour session to experience the arrival route and circulation, view the premises, and familiarise yourself with the available spaces so that you can get to know the Grand Palais before accompanying a group there.
Visits are reserved for professional relays or volunteer accompanying visitors from the social programs and those with disabilities or health conditions, by registration.

Yes, the Grand Palais is accessible to visitors with disabilities. The entrance to the Nave is equipped with accessible ramps. At Square Jean Perrin, the main entrance offers step-free access, followed by two elevators for visitors with reduced mobility. All public areas are also accessible. Wheelchairs are available on request. Additionally, adapted services are provided for visually and hearing-impaired visitors.
The Grand Palais is equipped with elevators, wheelchairs, and walking sticks with seats, available on request or for self-service.
