The Palais des enfants is a new space dedicated to children aged 2 to 10 and their carers! Beneath the majestic Rotonde d'Antin, this inviting environment offers a playful and poetic journey where art meets science, sparking curiosity, nurturing a spirit of discovery, and encouraging exploration. Created through a collaboration between the Palais de la découverte and GrandPalaisRmn, it celebrates creativity, play, and wonder with an experience designed to inspire young imaginations and the joy of learning.

The first exhibition of the Palais des enfants
June 20, 2025 - August 29, 2027
Le Palais des enfants is dedicated to children aged 2 to 10 accompanied, up to 12 years old for children with disabilities and accompanied according to their needs. Accompanying adults must have a ticket. Children under 2 years of age are admitted only if accompanying a child in the authorized age bracket.
The cloakroom, located on level -1 beneath the Central Square (access via the Square Jean Perrin entrance), provides self-service lockers for storing personal belongings, such as clothing and small bags. Some items are not permitted in the exhibition spaces and must be left in the cloakroom before your visit, including motorcycle or bicycle helmets, electric batteries, large umbrellas and certain bulky backpacks. All items placed in a locker must be collected on the same day, before the Grand Palais closes.
Please note: items exceeding the permitted size of 42 × 30 × 20 cm are not allowed anywhere in the Grand Palais for security reasons.
For your comfort, a selection of equipment is available free of charge at the cloakroom: baby carriers, magnifying glasses and weighted blankets. In addition, walking sticks with seats are available at the entrance to the exhibitions and wheelchairs are available for use under the stairs at Square Jean Perrin. This equipment must be returned at the end of your visit.
If you lose an item, please contact the main reception desk, Square Jean Perrin entrance. Lost and found items are kept in the cloakroom and can be retrieved during the day. Valuables are kept temporarily.
