Yes, the Grand Palais is accessible to visitors with disabilities. The entrance to the Nave is equipped with accessible ramps. At Square Jean Perrin, the main entrance offers step-free access, followed by two elevators for visitors with reduced mobility. All public areas are also accessible. Wheelchairs are available on request. Additionally, adapted services are provided for visually and hearing-impaired visitors.
A tactile guiding path is available to help visually impaired visitors with white canes reach the entrances of the monument. Inside, an audio guidance system called Evelity takes over to assist visitors; it can be downloaded for free on Android and iOS. For certain exhibitions, an audio guide with audio description is available free of charge. We also offer visit formats specifically adapted for visually impaired visitors.

Strollers, laptops, and small bags are accepted at the cloakroom, but large suitcases are not permitted. For safety and comfort, bags larger than 42 x 30 x 20 cm are not allowed in exhibition spaces and must be checked in. The self-service lockers on level -1 are available in three sizes, depending on availability: 30 x 50 x 49 cm / 30 x 50 x 64 cm / 30 x 50 x 98 cm. All lockers must be emptied before the venue closes.

Certain items must be left at the cloakroom, including helmets, large bags, sharp objects, unfolded umbrellas, food, instruments, tripods...
