An original 2026 creation for the Grand Palais, Sous la Jupe du Grand Palais reinvents cabaret by fusing spectacle, play and audience participation, in an exuberant and refined universe. A celebration of drag and performance between glamour, audacity and eccentricity.
Drag bingo gone wild! Taking the popular game of bingo as its common thread, Sous la jupe du Grand Palais takes you from the lotto grid to the fiery dancefloor with a five-star cast: from the queens mediatized in recent years to those present in the 20th century, from the most rock n' roll king to the divas who burn up the boards of the best cabarets every week.
Sous la jupe du Grand Palais is a succession of extravagant moments in playful disorder, during which performers shine the spotlight on the many facets of drag with acrobatic choreography and corny jokes.
You're invited to take part in this ambient madness through costumes, make-up and games until a festive, dance-filled end to the evening on the catwalks. A performance to highlight the effervescence of the Parisian drag scene.
With Mami Watta, Le Filip, Corrine, Minima Gesté, Brenda Moor, Androkill, Juda La Vidange, Morphine Blaze, Sheinara Tanjabi and surprise guests.

Design: Rémy Baiget
Rémy Baiget rose through the ranks of the clubbing world, entering by the back door and then becoming artistic director of the legendary Rex Club for 10 years. From 2010 to 2017, he was at the helm of Mercredi Production, a structure through which he staged numerous cultural and musical events in Paris's biggest venues. In 2014, he undertook the crazy project of rehabilitating the Quick du Parc de la Villette and created A la Folie. In 2018 he responds to a call for projects from the City of Pantin to rehabilitate a Pavillon on the Place du Marché, and the bar-restaurant-cabaret lifestyle venue "Chez Olympe" sees the light of day in 2023 .
Scenography: Lola Breig
Dedicating her career to transforming urban spaces into veritable decors, Lola Breig began at Jean Nouvel as an architect, then joined in the design of La Folie and Chez Olympe. She later joined Bureau Betak as Technical Director, overseeing the creation of spectacular, immersive sets and installations for fashion and luxury events around the world. However, it was as project manager of the set designs for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games ceremonies that Lola demonstrated her ability to create large-scale urban experiences.
