About Loraine James, NAH, Angelfightrrr and Safety Trance
Safety Trance
Venezuelan producer Luis Garbán, also known as Cardopusher, uses his alias Safety Trance to develop a bold sonic language that blends the intensity of powerful club beats with the infectious rhythms of Latin percussion from Raptor House, the psychedelia of reworked reggaeton, and the raw edge of UK breaks. A bewildering and captivating journey that seems to defy all geographical and genre constraints. He will be presenting his new album ‘Sacrificio’ exclusively in Paris.
Loraine James
A London-based producer and composer signed to Hyperdub, Loraine James crafts a form of electronic music that is both sensitive and fragmented. Her productions blend deconstructed rhythms, digital textures, and autobiographical elements. Moving between IDM, ambient, and vocal experimentation, she builds intimate, shifting forms and will be presenting her latest album "Detached From The Rest Of You" exclusively in Paris.
NAH
The work of NAH, a Philadelphia musician now based in Antwerp, draws its roots from DIY punk, noise, avant-jazz, electronic music and the restlessness of hip-hop. On stage, armed with a simple drum kit and various samplers, he channels a frenetic energy that swings between violent hostility and playful chaos: an experience that shakes, and unleashes for sure.
Angelfightrrr
A Swiss trumpeter, performer, and producer, Angelfightrrr explores the limits of his instrument through electronic setups and improvisation. Between breath, saturation, and unstable textures, they create soundscapes charged with tension. At the crossroads of experimental jazz, ambient, and noise, their performances are as arresting as they are mesmerizing.
About Loïs Saumande and Némo Flouret
Loïs Saumande
Trained at the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Loïs Saumande is an artistic director who has developed a curatorial practice in music that pays close attention to the circulation between emerging scenes and more mainstream spheres. His programming work for the MOFO festival at Mains d’Œuvres since 2023 reflects his intentions: embracing wide contrasts within a collective, demanding, and festive energy. He is co-curator of this evening.
Némo Flouret
A dancer and choreographer trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur de Paris and at P.A.R.T.S., Némo Flouret works across disciplines, bringing together groups of artists in a variety of spaces. From post-industrial remnants with 900 Something Days Spent in the XXth Century (2021) to outdoor environments and the theatrical stage with the collective work Derniers Feux (2025), which he will present the same evening before the After Nef, Flouret’s practice explores how bodies and space interact through choreography and performance.
