The Grand Palais is a living space open to all, with several free-access areas. Stroll through the Rotonde du Palais de la découverte, share a convivial family moment at the Salon Seine, enjoy a gourmet break at the Réséda Café by Thierry Marx or dinner at Le Grand Café. Get inspired in our bookshop, or take a breath of fresh air in the surrounding gardens! In summer, the northern third of the Nave offers a breathtaking view of the monument's majestic architecture. Throughout the year, a monumental curtain of hand-embroidered elements by Studio MTX and le19M, CHANEL's Métiers d'art venue, adorns the Nave and accompanies the diversity of our events.

Everything you need to make your visit to the Grand Palais easier.
The Grand Palais is accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility, thanks to adapted facilities and dedicated entrances for each event. Depending on the exhibition, audio description or tactile support are available for individual visitors and groups with disabilities.
Three bookshop areas, with free and open access, offer a wide selection of books and objects related to art, design, youth and our exhibitions: the Champs-Élysées bookshop in the reception hall, the design and arts and crafts shop accessible from the central square, and the Salon Seine shop located in the eponymous salon.
If you lose an item during your visit, we invite you to make a declaration online directly on our dedicated Troov page. You can also contact the lost and found point located on the cloakroom level. Your report will be forwarded to our lost and found department, who will contact you if the item is found.
For your comfort, the Grand Palais provides a range of equipment free of charge: baby carriers, wheelchairs, cane seats or rounded-tip canes, magnifying glasses and weighted blankets. A magnetic induction loop is also available for visitors with hearing impairments. These equipments are available from the cloakroom on presentation of proof of identity, and must be returned at the end of the visit. In addition, changing tables are installed in all sanitary areas to make visits easier for families with young children.
Two dining areas welcome you to the Grand Palais: Le Grand Café, accessible via the Clemenceau rotunda and Le Réséda Café by Thierry Marx, located on the mezzanine above the reception hall.
Self-service lockers are available in the cloakroom, located on level -1 under the Place centrale (access via the Square Jean Perrin entrance). For reasons of comfort and security, bags larger than 42 × 30 × 20 cm are not permitted in the visiting areas. Three locker sizes are available for your personal belongings: 30 × 50 × 49 cm, 30 × 50 × 64 cm and 30 × 50 × 98 cm. Please make sure to empty your locker before the site closes.
Coming as a group
Tourism professionals, companies, local authorities or school groups, enjoy a unique experience at the Grand Palais thanks to dedicated itineraries or guided tours. If you already have a group visit scheduled, entry is through Square Jean Perrin, except for events in the Nave, which have specific access.

Do you have a question?
Certains objets doivent être laissés au vestiaire, notamment les casques, grands sacs, objets tranchants, parapluies non pliés, aliments, instruments, trépieds... Les batteries électriques (vélos, trottinettes) doivent être déposées à la consigne (Péristyle - entrée Nef) ou dans les vestiaires (niveau-1 – entrée Square Jean Perrin). Les petits sacs à main sont autorisés s’ils sont portés à la main, tout comme les parapluies qui peuvent être contenus pliés dans un vêtement ou un sac à main. Les cannes ou parapluies avec embout sont permis pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La liste complète des objets interdits est disponible dans le règlement de visite.
L’entrée principale du Grand Palais se situe Square Jean Perrin, au 17 avenue du Général Eisenhower, 75008 Paris, où vous trouverez le hall d’accueil. L’entrée de la Nef est située 7 avenue Winston Churchill.
Oui, plusieurs espaces du Grand Palais sont accessibles gratuitement toute l’année : notamment le Salon Seine, la Rotonde du Palais de la découverte, les restaurants, les boutiques et librairies.
