The health crisis required substantial recourse to work- ing from home to ensure activities could continue while preserving the health of employees at work. This situa- tion required that the working from home agreement be revised in order to take account of the lessons learned during this period. The amendment signed in early 2021 organizes the development of working from home by reconciling all social and societal issues, whether these be the continuation of the establishment s activities, the quality of life at work or sustainable development.
In addition, it was necessary to roll out a large number of tools and solutions to enable remote working and support the deployment of working from home. 2020 also witnessed the overhaul of the internal per- formance review system. Firstly, the procedure was changed by introducing two separate interviews: The annual performance appraisal interview (EAA), to set individual goals and assess how these goals have been achieved, and the bi-annual professional interview (EP), to discuss the employee's professional career wishes. Secondly, software tools were upgraded: NOE (our in- terview tool) replaced IMEP in managing the interview campaign, to better meet the needs of employees and managers with an online personal space and the dig- italization of all processes. This year, these interviews were quite different from the norm, not only because some were held remotely by video conference, but
also because of the importance of adapting perfor- mance targets to prepare for and support the resump- tion of our normal activities.
This period also enabled internal communications to adopt new formats to keep channels open with em- ployees. Information services adjusted with a weekly structured newsletter and the creation of dedicated email addresses to enable communications to be easily identified. Webinars were organized to enable General Management and the President to communicate regu- larly with employees; this system enabled online open days to be organized in early December. Since it was not possible to meet up physically, an online calendar of puzzles to be discovered every morning before the end of year holidays in December was put in place.
In a morning event at the beginning of October, employ- ees discovered Man Ray and Fashion at the Musée du Luxembourg. Two family evenings around the Pompeii exhibition were held this summer at the Grand Palais; two passes were also given to employees for the 2 ex- hibitions. Finally, some employees were able to prepare to participate in the artistic performance that will take place in May 2021 at the Temporary Grand Palais during the Grand Palais closure: volunteers were given contem- porary dance classes for the final show.
