A RENEWED OFFER FOCUSING ON THE ORGANIZATION'S STRATEGY AND CURRENT PROJECTS
Many development projects had to be postponed or abandoned because of the volatile impact of the health crisis on museums. This period has also given rise to new needs, including that of the Covid protective masks. The Sales and Marketing Department worked with a French SMB to develop a series of UNS 1 masks (96% protection against par- ticulate matter) inspired by emblematic works such as Hokusai s The Wave or the Pompeii mask. These were among the most sought-after items sold online. In less than 6 months, 12 models were de- veloped and more than 14,000 masks were sold in 2020 on the Rmn - Grand Palais network.
