With a 42% increase in sales in 2020, the boutiquesde- musees.fr e-commerce site continues to achieve double digit growth, despite a one-month closure in the spring to comply with government health crisis restrictions.
Our customers confirmed their satisfaction with the quality of the products and services by awarding them a score of 4.6 out of 5 on the website s review page. An increasing number of them have also joined the loyal- ty programme online (a +53% rise in memberships in 2020). These connected customers were won over by the offer of a choice of activities during the lockdown and by the link with the culture sector being maintained despite the closure of all the museums (success of the bookstore, youth and decoration categories).
In addition, they found a source of inspiration for Christmas gifts in the constantly enriched offer (youth, jewellery, decoration, etc.) and confirmed their interest in the casts from our workshops which remain the biggest sellers on the site.
